INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
My clinical experience includes the treatment and assessment of children, adolescents, and adults with depression and mood disorders, grief and loss, chronic illness, anxiety-based disorders, OCD and body-repetitive behaviors, trauma, substance use, autism (ASD), ADHD, and learning disorders. I also have experience and a specific interest in helping individuals manage challenging family dynamics and relationships.
I currently provide individual therapy for adults (ages 18+), utilizing various evidence-based techniques that help people get to the root of the problem and improve their symptoms, leading to more fulfillment and enjoyment in their daily lives.
I am a PSYPACT member, which gives me the authority to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology (APIT) currently in 42 states.

Assessments
Autism Assessments: my passion for helping individuals and families navigate autism, including access to services, began as a School Counselor and continued through my doctoral training. I utilize the gold-standard methods in assessing autism in children, adolescents, and adults ages toddler and up, including the Autism Diagnostic Interview–Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2).
ADHD Assessments: I utilize a variety of diagnostic tools in evaluating ADHD in children and adults ages 8 and up. This includes gathering information about current behaviors from individuals, parents, and teachers to make the most accurate diagnosis possible.
Full-Battery Assessments: these types of assessments include psychoeducational testing when individuals are struggling academically, as well as social-emotional testing when one’s difficulties seem to be related to mood, behaviors (e.g., anxious or obsessive thoughts, etc.), and/or struggling to manage emotions.
All assessments include a feedback session following the completion of testing to review results and discuss findings, as well as a comprehensive report. Additionally, I have experience helping families learn about service options in the area, including community support and resources, and helping navigate receiving formal accommodations through one’s school district.
